Eventually once I understood the importance of water and drank a minimum 64 ounces a day it gradually went away. Water helps our digestive system flush out toxins from the body. This, in turn, will improve your complexion for healthy and glowing skin. There are, also, so really good things that we can eat to help us get water into out bodies.

We have to know that too much or too little protein can, also, have an impact on the body. So we much each find balance in our intake of protein.
